Towers of Kuhio Park Terrace Project-Based Section 8 Waiting List

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) Project-Based Section 8 waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments at Towers of Kuhio Park Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from October 29, 2020, until November 2, 2020.

Please note: According to HPHA, "To qualify, an applicant must:

• Be housed under a current, valid lease agreement
• Have a landlord who has agreed to participate in the HCV program, including meeting all HCV criteria for unit inspection, providing valid tax identification information, and complying with program requirements."

To apply during the opening time, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
