The City and County of Honolulu Community Assistance Division (CAD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon

The CAD will accept applications for this waiting list from February 6, 2023 at 7:45 am, until February 10, 2023 at 4:30 pm HT

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $45,750| 5 Persons $70,550
• 2 Persons $52,250 | 6 Persons $75,750
• 3 Persons $58,800 | 7 Persons $81,000
• 4 Persons $65,300 | 8 Persons $86,200

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

3,000 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery
