State of Georgia Section 8 HCV

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from October 17, 2023, until October 20, 2023 at 11:59 pm ET. 

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application

5,000 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences
