2 and 4-BedroomPublic Housing Waiting List

The Panama City Housing Authority (PCHA) will accept Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 4-Bedroom apartments from April 10, 2024 at 8:00 am CT, until 200 applications have been received

Please note: According to the PCHA notice "This application is for an apartment at one of 4 public housing communities in Panama City, FL."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Elderly or disabled family
• Residency preference for those applicants residing in Bay County, Florida at the time of application

• Residency preference to residents of the Public Housing Program administered by the PHA; who are displaced through no fault of their own due to modernization, rehabilitation, demolition/disposition, repositioning, relocation, or loss of funding
  • Residents must be in good standing with the PHA and not currently housed by a program administered by Panama City Housing Authority

200 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences
