The Orange County Housing and Community Development Division (OCHCD) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 9, 2023 at 9:00 am, until May 11, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $29.050 | 5 Persons $44,800
• 2 Persons $33,200 | 6 Persons $48,100
• 3 Persons $37,350 | 7 Person $51,400
• 4 Persons $41,450 | 8 Persons $54,750

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

1,000 selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
