Pineda Village and Cocoa Sunrise Terrace, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Cocoa, Florida.

The Cocoa Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for Cocoa Sunrise Terrace and Pineda Village Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 22, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties: 

• Cocoa Sunrise Terrace - located at 828 Stone St, Florida 32922. Studio, 1, 3 and 4-Bedroom units available.
• Pineda Village - located at 1128 Grove Avenue, Florida  32922. Studio units available.

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application at the Cocoa Housing Authority office, located at 828 Stone Street, Cocoa, Florida 32922.
2. Call Cocoa Sunrise Terrace at (321) 848-0475 to request an application be mailed to you.
3. Call Pineda Village at (321) 507-4689 to request an application be mailed to you.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
