0-Bedroom State Elderly/Disabled Housing Waiting List

The Wallingford Housing Authority (WHA) State Elderly/Disabled Housing waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for Zero-Bedroom units for eight weeks from July until September, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application at the WHA office.
2. Request an application by mail by calling the WHA.

Once the paper application was completed, it must have been:

1. Mailed to the WHA office.
2. Dropped off at WHA office.
3. Faxed to the WHA.
4. Emailed to the WHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
