Shiloh Garden Apartments Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Stratford Housing Authority (SHA) Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Shiloh Garden Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 11, 2021 until January 13, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application

2. Print the online paper application

3. Pick up a paper application from the SHA

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked no earlier than January 11, 2021 and no later than January 13, 2021, and mailed to Stratford Housing Authority

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $35,950
• 2 Persons $41,050

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery
