Oak Terrace Elderly/Disabled Waiting List

The Naugatuck Housing Authority (NHA) Elderly/Disabled waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Oak Terrace is currently closed. It is not known when this waiting list was last open, or when it will reopen.

Please note: According to the NHA, "All applicants must be 62 years or older or disabled (receiving SSI)." The public notice also states, "1 bedroom for couples only."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the application available online.
