Enfield, Connecticut Mainstream Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Enfield Housing Authority (EHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The EHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 28, 2022 until March 3, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the EHA, this waiting list is for, "households that include a non-elderly person(s) with disabilities, defined as a family that includes a person with disabilities who is at least 18 years old and not yet 62 years of age."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked no earlier than February 28, 2022, and no later than March 3, 2022, and mailed to Housing Authority of the Town of Enfield.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person  $38,550 | 5 persons $56,350d 
• 2 persons $41,750 | 6 persons $60,500
• 3 persons $46,950 | 7 persons $64,700
• 4 persons $52,150 | 8 persons $68,850

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

150 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
