The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (HACA) will accept Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm, until May 31, 2024 at 12:00 pm MDT

Please note: "This opening is only for individuals and families who have a family member who:• Is non-elderly (between ages 18 and 61), and• Has a verifiable disability, and• Is either experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness OR is transitioning out of an institution or segregated setting primarily for persons with disabilities"

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Non Elderly Disabled
• Homeless
• Households receiving supportive services with Aurora Mental Health, Atlantis Community or Developmental Pathways. Services will be verified with the provider

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
