This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Larkspur, California

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Permanent Supportive Housing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at 1251 South Eliseo Drive from June 20, 2023 at 10:00 am PT, until further notice

Please note: According to the MHA notice "1251 S. Eliseo Drive is a recently renovated property with 43 units of Permanent Supportive Housing for persons who are chronically homeless, funded by the State of California Homekey Program. Applicants must meet both the Homeless Target Population and the Chronic Homelessness definition to be eligible. Sixteen of the units are further reserved for chronically homeless individuals with Serious Mental Illness receiving services through Marin's Behavioral Health and Recovery Services. This project will be filled through Marin's Coordinated Entry system. Coordinated Entry is a process for streamlining referrals to, prioritizing, and assigning homeless housing resources."

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Send an email to [email protected] to self-refer for Coordinated Entry

2. Fill out the form at Housing First County of Marin to request an assessment

Please note: According to the MHA notice "If you have already completed an assessment with Marin Coordinated Entry you do not need to complete an additional assessment to be considered for this property."
