This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Marin City, California

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Senior/Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Casa Nova, Golden Hinde, Venetia Oaks, Kruger Pines and Homestead Terrace from April 19, 2023, until May 3, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application

2. Complete the application at the MHA office

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Work/School (8 Points)
• Homeless (Coordinated Entry) (10 Points)
• Veterans (10 Point)
• Involuntary Displaced (10 Points)
• Chronic Homelessness (Coordinated Entry) (4 Points)
• Section 8 Participant (10 Points)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences
