This waiting list is for the following property:

• Maria B. Freitas Senior Community- located at 455 Manuel T Freitas Pkwy, San Rafael, CA 94903. Offering 1-Bedroom units

Please note: According to the MHA, "This Project is for seniors only and the minimum age requirement is 62 years of age."

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application at the Maria B. Freitas leasing office, located at 455 Manuel T. Freitas Pkwy, San Rafael, CA 94903. 9:00 am until 4:30 pm (closed for lunch between 12:00pm - 1:00pm) Monday - Thursday and 9:00am until 1:30pm (closed for lunch between 1:30pm - 2:30pm) on Friday

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Turned into the Maria B Freitas office, address mentioned above

2. Mailed to the Maria B Freitas office, address mentioned above and post marked by August 6, 2024
