City-Wide Affordable Housing

The Inglewood Housing Authority (IHA) is accepting City-Wide Affordable Housing waiting list applications from July 10, 2023 at 8:00 am, until July 17, 2023 at 5:00 pm PT

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $70,650 | 3 Persons $90,850
• 2 Persons $80,750 | 4 Persons $100,900

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by the activities of the City of Inglewood
• Persons with disabilities
• Person aged 62+ years and older

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences
