This waiting list is for the following property:

• Citrus Commons - located at 201 Citrus Avenue, Orange Cove, CA. Offering 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units for Families, Farm Labor, Farmworkers and Multifamily

Please note: According to the FHA notice "One member in the household must be an agricultural worker. Agricultural worker means an individual who receives, or prior to retirement or disability, receives a substantial portion of his/her income from agricultural employment"
