Public Housing Waiting List

The Anniston Housing Authority (AHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Glen Addie Homes, Norwood Homes, Constantine Homes, Barber Terrace, Washington Homes, Parkwin Homes, Tinsley Manor and Fairview Terrace is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2017, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application that is available online here.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Government Action or Presidentially Declared Disaster (i.e. involuntary relocation by HA, natural disasters)
• Victim of Domestic Violence
• Working person/family
• Elderly, or Disabled person/family
• Education/Training (i.e. colleges, jobs program or any self-sufficiency program)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
