Juneau and Petersburg, Alaska Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list for Juneau and Petersburg are currently open, since at least February, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here. Scroll down to either the "Juneau" or Petersburg row, and select the "Application" link in the "VOUCHERS" column.
2. Pick up an application at the Juneau Family Investment Center, located at 3410 Foster Ave, Juneau, AK 99801-1906, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm AKT.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
