Northwest Community Action Center - Rental and Shelter Assistance offers limited rental assistance to those that qualify when funds are available. Rental assistance if offered for move - in or eviction prevention purposes. Applicants must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and live within Parker, Toppenish, Wapato, White Swan, Harrah, Granger, Outlook, Zillah or Buena. Additionally applicants should be over the age of 55, disabled or have dependents living at home under the age of 18 or be pregnant. If you would like more information please contact them directly.
