Piedmont Housing Alliance PHA's mission is to create housing and community development opportunities for very low to moderate income families and individuals, teach financial literacy and management, home buying and home ownership skills, and advocate for affordable housing policies and programs. IMPORTANT:PHA's rental assistance is in the form of Mainstream Housing Vouchers for People with Disabilities, which is a section 8 type rental assistance, providing housing payments to landlords for qualified individuals.
