Information and Referral programs links people in need with the right agency. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Thrift Stores)  Hours of Operation: Monday - Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Eligibility:  Qualifying residents of 75087, 75032, and portions of 75189 and 75126.
