City of Plano Neighborhood Services Department

The City of Plano funds a Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP) and Rapid Re-Housing Program (RRH) , which are both administered by local nonprofit organizations. HPP is administered by the Assistance Center of Collin County, which offers limited rent and utility assistance to Plano residents with an eviction notice/notice to vacate. RRH is administered by City House and Assistance Center of Collin County and offers housing and case management assistance to Plano residents experiencing homelessness.
