Comprehensive Emergency Assistance Converse stabilizes families and helps them to gain the resources to overcome crisis situations in the future. Provides: Emergency food and clothing assistance Utility and rent assistance Information and referral Budget counseling Other various seasonal programs such as food baskets for the holidays Eligibility: Must reside in the Greater Randolph Area and be experiencing a crisis. Resident of Bexar County (Converse, Cibolo, Live Oak, Schertz, Selma, Universal City, Windcrest) Referred by the United Way Helpline 211 or Other Agencies Proof of ID, Residency,& Income Interview with GRASP Caseworker
