Catholic Charities administers the The \'Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program\' HPRP providing rental assistance. rental deposits, rental arrears including late fees, utility deposits, utility assistance, case management, and credit counseling for someone in imminent risk of being homeless. Eligibility is determined on a case by case basis. Must be in imminent risk of being homeless, must be at or below 50% of Area Medium Income varies for each county, must have had a significant loss of income within the last 6 months that was unforeseen, unavoidable and no fault of their own, must engage in case management. Must have an eviction notice dated within two 2 weeks OR a letter from a friend or family member evicting the client.
