Assistance Center of Collin County provides  Emergency financial assistance with rent, utilities, food and clothing. Also  provides back to school supplies and shoes. Thanksgiving and Christmas programs. Hours: Call Center:  Mon - Fri 9am to 3pm  Lobby:  Mon - Fri 9am to 4pm 
Mission Statement: To provide direct and referral assistance to Collin County residents in crisis and set them on a path to long-term economic independence and self-sufficiency through financial literacy and life management programs.
