El Paso County General Assistance Socorro Rd provides rental assistance or electric utilities assistance.  El Paso county resident and must meet income guideline.  Services are only provided once a year, if they have received services with in the same year they will not qualify. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Appointments are on a Walk-ins basis, first come first serve, they will only accept 27 application per day.
