Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem

CADCB recognizes that affordable, quality housing is the foundation for a healthy, thriving community. Through partnerships with the City of Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley Community Land Trust (LVCLT), CACLVs Community Action Financial Services (CAFS), and Lehigh University, CADCB works to improve the quality of south Bethlehems housing stock and encourage homeownership. CADCBs residential faade improvement program has completed nine faades on Hayes Street, and continues to complete approximately four to six faades per year in the strategic gateways to south Bethlehem on Hayes and Wyandotte Streets.
