Emergency Rental Assistance CAP has a program that can provide the following for qualified persons living with HIV: Application Fees First Months Rent Security Deposit (limited funds available) Emergency Rent Assistance to prevent eviction Mortgage Assistance Property Debt Assistance Utility Assistance
