Helps those who are able to live independently in the community to locate safe and affordable housing. Offers a directory of available housing facilities, public and private. Emergency financial assistance may be available to assist with meeting rental and utility payments. HOW SERVICE IS PROVIDED: On-site. Transportation may be provided WHO QUALIFIES: Targets those with AIDS/HIV.
