OLHSA- a Community Action Agency Olhsa South Services provide federal funds for a one-time shelter payment in Southeastern Oakland County.  OLHSA is able to provide financial assistance to low-income residents of Southeastern Oakland County to respond homeless prevention needs that cannot be covered by the State Emergency Relief Program of the Department of Human Services.
