Calvert County Department of Social Services, Emergency Assistance to Families with Children  - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Assistance will be considered for families with children under the age of 21 with the following needs or situations: Court-ordered eviction Foreclosure Utility cut-off Burial assistance- funeral expenses of deceased recipients Requirements: Must have been receiving Foster Care, TCA,TDAP, or SSI. This program does not cover funds for security deposit or first month's rent. An EAFC may also considered for those who have experienced an official disaster, e.g. hurricane, flood, or fire.
