The mission of the Office of Homeless Assistance for the City of Worcester is to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families by coordinating local, state and federal resources to implement the strategies outlined in the Three-Year Plan to End Homelessness in Worcester. Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
