Project PLASE addresses homelessness by providing: Transitional housing Permanent housing Supportive services to homeless adults, particularly the most vulnerable and underserved (i.e., people with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, addictions, developmental disabilities, ex-offenders, etc.) and by treating the whole person and empowering each individual to function at the highest possible level. Mission Statement: Project PLASE, Inc. addresses homelessness in Baltimore by providing transitional housing, permanent housing and supportive services to homeless adults and families. We serve the most vulnerable and underserved, including persons with mental illness, HIV/AIDS, addiction, developmental disabilities, and ex-offenders, etc. We treat, restore and rehabilitate the whole person. We empower each individual to function at the highest level possible.
