Income Limits: One person: $20,900 Two persons: $23,850 Three persons: $26,850 Four persons: $29,800 Five persons: $32,200 Six persons: $34,600 Rent is based on 30% of net income, not to exceed 40%. Payment standards and Fair Market Rents (FMR) can be obtained by calling the Section 8 office of the housing authority. They do not have public family housing.
