Crosswalk Community Action Agency

Crosswalk Community Action Agency offers Crosswalk Homeless Prevention Services for those individuals and families who are actually homeless or are about to become homeless. Assistance could include a number of different approaches, including help with rent or mortgage payments. The Homeless Prevention Program provides rental assistance, utility assistance and supportive services directly related to the prevention of homelessness to eligible individuals and families who are in danger of eviction, foreclosure or homelessness or are currently homeless.
