Kahili-Palama Health Center Care for the Homeless

Kahili-Palama Health Center Care for the Homeless is Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), this program provides rental assistance for homeless individuals with disabilities in connection with supportive case management services. Housing and supportive services are provided on a long-term basis for  homeless persons with disabilities, (primarily those with serious mental illness, chronic problems with alcohol and/or drugs, and other physical disabilities) and their families who are living on the streets or in emergency shelters.
