Emergency services for Seminole County residents only. Eligibility: low-income seminole county residenthours: 8:30a-12p and 1p-4:30p mon-thurs8:30-12:00p friintake procedure: must call and complete screening process for an appointment. We do not take walk-ins for financial assistancelanguages spoken:englishspanish- staff member available to translate on a limited basisdocuments required: you must have all required documentation at time of appointment or you will be asked to return with required documentation:1. Picture ID for all adults in household. 2. SS cards for all household members, adults and children3. Proof of income (pay stubs, documentation showing amount received from AFDC, food stamps, SSA, SSI, VA, Child Support, pension, etc). 4. Proof of all bills paid at your address each month (lease that shows payment amount, rent receipt, lights/water/propane/gas receipts, car payments, insurance, child care, etc.)5. Proof of unexpected emergency or loss of income causing the financial need.
