Catholic Charities of Central Florida - Northern Regional Offices  offers Family Stability Program that has three goals:    To serve the working poor who experience a crisis and are seeking financial assistance to remain in their homes    To provide important resources to people in need who are facing the threat of eviction or other crisis    To provide services that are convenient for people in need to accessThis assistance helps prevent hunger and homelessness by providing clients with one-on-one case management that guide families to self-sufficiency. In addition, they provide rapid rehousing for individuals and families who are homeless in Brevard, Orange and Polk counties.
