Access Community Action Agency - Willimantic

Access Community Action Agency provides a variety of services to Tolland and Windham County community members in need. Among these is their Eviction Prevention Program. This program offers eligible applicants access to mediators as well as funds from the State Rent Bank for back monies owed when funds are available.
