Must reside in East Hartford. Office Hours are Thursdays from 9am to 3pm, by appointment only - please call anytime to make an appointment! Provides partial rent payment assistance for East Hartford residents. This may be possible after assessment. Assistance is given one time only and is for an emergency. The maximum amount of assistance is $100. * Does not provide cash assistance. Does not assist with rent security deposits.
