Catholic Charities of Western Slope provide several forms of financial assistance:    Eviction prevention    Utilities shut-off prevention    Medical prescriptions    Dental emergencies    Transportation Assistance They also provide referrals and general information about available services throughout the area. Assistance is provided by appointment only.  Appointments are available in Rifle. Please call 970-384-2060 for more details. Please note: funding and availability changes daily. Client must bring:     Valid picture ID    Documentation of need: Lease along with a late or eviction notice, utility bill, etc.    Proof of income: Check stub, social security, etc.
