Housing Authority of The County of Los Angeles offers rental assistance to those in need in the area through the management of the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. They also offer Public Housing Rentals in some areas . These programs are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be waiting lists for these programs and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the length of wait on the lists.
