The Maricopa County Community Services Division offers rent and utility assistance, on a limited basis. Eligibility: Residents of Buckeye, Harquahala, Palo Verde, Rainbow Valley, Tonopah, and Wintersburg If interested in applying for Utility Assistance please contact your local agency and schedule an appointment. To apply for rent assistance the following documents are needed:    Photo Identification of the applicant    Social Security Cards for all household members    Documentation of U.S. Citizenship or lawful residency of the applicant    Documentation of Household Income received in the 30 days prior to and including appointment date    Most recent Utility Bills for Gas and Electrical usage of current residence
