Organized Community Action Program provides emergency assistance to unemployed, under-employed and less than fully employed residents in the area. Assistance can be given on a one time only basis for help with rental / mortgage payments for eviction prevention or utility payment to avoid disconnection. This service is only available to those that qualify when funds are available.
