Public Housing Waiting List

The Paris Housing Authority (PHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online here.
2. Pick up an application at the PHA office, located at 100 George Wright Homes, Paris, Texas, 75460, during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the PHA office at the address above on Mondays and Thursdays only, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm CT.
