1-Bedroom Sandy Oaks Senior and Disabled Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Nacogdoches Housing Authority (NHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Elderly/Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Sandy Oaks is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2020, until further notice.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
