3-Bedroom Sandy Oaks and Parkcrest Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Nacogdoches Housing Authority (NHA) waiting list for 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at Sandy Oaks and Parkcrest is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 14, 2019, until further notice.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
