Poplar Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The Marshall Housing Authority (MHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Poplar Apartments is currently open.

The MHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of January, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the MHA office, located at 1401 Poplar Street Marshall, TX 75670.
2. Call (903) 938-0717 to request an application by mail, email or fax.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Homeless Shelter Referral

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
