3-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Winnsboro Public Housing waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The HAW last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of January 1, 2022, until the last confirmed date of April 14, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Submitted online to the HAW as a pdf.
2. Mailed to the HAW.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Natural Disaster, Code Enforcement, Witness Protection, Domestic Violence, Youth Aging Out of Foster Care.
• Working Family
  • Employment, Disability
• Homeless, Veteran
• Education, training
