2-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Winnsboro Public Housing waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments is currently open.

The HAW is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of April 13, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Submitted online to the HAW here as a pdf.
2. Mailed to the HAW, 612 Autumn Drive, Winnsboro, TX 75494.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Involuntarily Displaced
  • Natural Disaster, Code Enforcement, Witness Protection, Domestic Violence, Youth Aging Out of Foster Care.
• Working Family
  • Employment, Disability
• Homeless, Veteran
• Education, training

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
